Junior Detailer Steel Joist and Deck
Educational Qualification:
BSc. in Civil Engineering/ Architectural or an equivalent combination of experience and education may be substituted.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze architectural and structural drawings.
- Develop precise layouts for steel joists and decks.
- Perform load calculations (dead, live, environmental).
- Specify appropriate materials and coatings.
- Create shear stud layouts and spacing calculations.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and fabricators.
- Review and verify accuracy of drawings and calculations.
- Identify and propose solutions for design issues.
- Maintain detailed records of revisions and correspondence.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience.
